Kaylee and Grant at the front desk were outstanding! They delivered excellent customer service. The hotel is in a very nice area, good for walking, close to the highway and all kinds of shopping. Now the hotel... the website is a lie. The room was only surface clean, needed a deep clean everywhere. The floors were done with what must have been a sticky squeaky disinfectant spray. Tub floor was gray. Kitchen had nothing but 1 dish towel, nothing else. The TV was old and small. the air conditioner worked but was very loud. No breakfast really. No meeting room really. Common areas such as: laundry room, elevator, muffin/coffee room was dirty. No decafe for the evening. Fridge was full size and worked. The place was outdated and sad. The price was cheap but I'll pay a little more and go somewhere else next time. There are a lot of other options around that area.

Very sterile looking rooms. Shower curtain had mold. Halls smelled bad. Not a comfortable room.

I had 2 rooms reserved and when I arrived I was told that only 1 room was ready. the clerk explained the second room had been damaged and they were cleaning another for me. 45 minutes later I finally got the room.

We had issues with our room keys and Yumeka was very helpful and got it fixed quickly so we could get back to relaxing. Thank you for your help and see you next time.

Meh.
It wasn’t the best and wasn’t the worst. I definitely thought it would be better knowing that it was Overland Park but it wasn’t. Room was just ok cleaned, toiletries were sparse, breakfast was literally coffee and muffins, granola, and granola bars.

I reserved & paid for a room with a king size bed. The only room available had queen size bed. No redeuction in cost could be had.

Dirty and broken room
Awful service! We got the broken room - broken computer desk. Sleeper sofa’s mattress smells so awful and very dirty! I requested to clean the room and get clean towels and bed sets. They never show up to give us clean towels or bed sets. They never show up to clean the room. We paid $400 for three nights in a dirty room. Awful service! Room #250.
