there was unknown, marble sized things in the bottom of the pool
the tater tots and sausage at the buffet were not worth eating and I thru all but one each of what I had taken away

Overall the stay was great, the breakfast was ok. Our only issue really was that there were things that had maintenance problems that had not been repaired adequately or that weren’t repaired. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that had not been repaired, there was floor trim that has become unglued and was just a sore sight to look at. Overall customer experience was great and I would stay here again but I would just let the maintenance crew know to look at every room and fix what is obvious and makes the room look bad.

Don’t like smoking staff outside the door 3 times in an hour he was outside smoking also didn’t appreciate garbage outside!

The hotel's name differed from what was listed on *******, and the only way I could identify that I was in the correct place was the large airplane mural behind the desk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows left a lot to be desired, but I usually bring my own and forgot this time. The shower in my room was nice, but the hot and cold water positions wet opposite from the indicators on the spigot. The air conditioning was nice and cold and it was nice and quiet when it was time to sleep.

To help clarify the hotel name "differences", we are a dually branded hotel with Wingate on the bottom two floors and Hawthorn Suites on the top three. Both hotel names are posted on our signage at out parking lot entrance, but the signage on the building is not right next to each other, so we understand how it might be confusing. Wingate rooms generally are for short stays with mini-fridge and microwave and a blue color scheme while Hawthorn rooms generally are for longer stays with a full-size refrigerator, stove-top. and larger microwave and a red & gray color scheme.Both hotels share the same breakfast offerings, pool, and fitness center.

Good Value - Clean and Comfortable
Front desk gentleman was outstanding - friendly, helpful, efficient. The hotel is very convenient - close to restaurants and the airport. The hotel is a little dated but cosmetically nice. My king room was very spacious and comfortable. The fridge didn't work and the microwave came on occasionally on its own, so I just unplugged it. It did not affect my stay and since I didn't need either and was in only for a quick night so didn't bother with it. I am sure it would have been taken care of immediately if I had requested.

Clean property, well lit parking lot, quiet, just far enough off the freeway to not get the traffic noise, the rooms didn’t have any funky smells even though it was hot in the room when I first got there. AC worked well. Beds were comfortable, not too hard, with clean sheets and abundant towels. Breakfast was the best budget hotel breakfast I’ve probably ever seen with several hot items like eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, and the ever present waffle makers. Edible fresh fruit. The apples were honeycrisp, not the red skin covered mush normally served. It’s not a 5 start hotel, but I would absolutely stay again.

Room was very comfortable and the swimming pool was great after a day of driving. Fantastic value.
