The room was clean, however when we pulled in there was a get together from the staff. It made it feel unsafe pulling in. You walk in the lobby and all of them were just staring at you while you check in. The second night it sounded like there was a party going on all night by our window. Staff was on his phone the entire shift the 2nd morning. The breakfast was very bland and not hot. Pool looked molded. I would not recommend staying here.

Like new
Seems like a newer hotel because it was so clean. I don’t need all the bells and whistles. I’m all about clean. Bonus-the bed was comfy and the breakfast wasn’t any different from costlier hotels. Will try this brand again!

We had a clean, comfortable room and the WiFi speed was good. There was a nice warm breakfast and but, unfortunately, Fox "News" was on the television which made breakfast less enjoyable.

Overall the stay was ok. When I got to my room there was a stale smoke smell and I noticed that there was a Walmart bag duct taped over the smoke detector which seemed odd. It was also evident that the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to arrival. I’m normally not a complainer or the type to leave a review but if I would’ve known these things I likely would have selected another hotel.

Brown water but really good service at check in
Hallways were noisy all night long. Water was a truly disturbing color of brow/orange.
That said, the service was great when we checked in. She really went out of her way to accommodate our accessibility needs.

4 night stay and the kids had a great time at the pool everyday. The beds and pillows were great. The staff were over and above. Thanks for a great stay
