I am very pleased with this whole experience. The room was great and the breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts.

When i arrived, the staff did not know how to apply the $250 gift card i had, so the chaged my CC and told me the morning staff would know how to apply it. The morning staff informed me that they cannot do anything because it has already been applied to my CC

Sink and bathroom smelled like sewage but suite was very nice. Staff were exceptional and courteous. Best breakfast bar ever!!

Great location. The bathroom is tiny......clean, but tiny, even so, the sink is out in the open outside the bathroom.

Staff not helpful. Got woke up by fire alarm at 10:30PM and was outside 1 hour . No updates by staff . People just started going back inside. Staff didn’t tell us what was going on. Room two down from us had sprinklers activate and all their stuff got soaked . Hallway on 6 floor was soaking wet. I asked for them to provide update to everyone and one of workers got upset . Had friends on another floor and non of ac units working .

Good but not as great as usual
The ice machine on our floor was broken for the second time we have stayed at this particular Hyatt place. The room was comfortable and clean and spacious, but the shower wasn't as clean as it usually is at a Hyatt Place.
照明不足
酒店翻新后很漂亮，但是镜子亮度极低。梳妆台甚至连顶灯都没有。早上我不得不走到车里才能看清镜子里的光线化妆。
退房后将近一周，我仍未收到押金。我打电话和管理层沟通后，反复被告知押金应该会在第二天退回到我的账户。
