The front desk staff were not very friendly. Especially the black woman working in the morning of 11/1/25 . While I was standing at the bar to ask for plates for breakfast, since there were none, she intentionally looked straight ahead and walked away.
I understand there were many people there due to tournaments happening, however, intentional unfriendly customer service is uncalled for.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean, except the smell of the dining sink, smelled like rotten eggs when the drain plug was taken off

I am very pleased with this whole experience. The room was great and the breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts.

When i arrived, the staff did not know how to apply the $250 gift card i had, so the chaged my CC and told me the morning staff would know how to apply it. The morning staff informed me that they cannot do anything because it has already been applied to my CC

Great location. The bathroom is tiny......clean, but tiny, even so, the sink is out in the open outside the bathroom.

酒店翻新后很漂亮，但是镜子亮度极低。梳妆台甚至连顶灯都没有。早上我不得不走到车里才能看清镜子里的光线化妆。
