The check-in process was extremely quick and easy. Annette was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast options were good which allowed both my wife and daughter who have celiac several breakfast options. We will definitely stay here again

Annette was very nice. Good is what you would expect. Husband liked the beds. I did not. But my husband says I don’t like any beds. Room served its purpose. Cold, fresh lemon infused water was a treat.

A great value for the money. Room was spacious and clean. We did not eat the food since breakfast had no gluten free options, but most standard hotels don’t so that was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze.

Our room keys did not work half the time. There was no bath soap or facial soap in the room. We went down to breakfast at approx. 9:15 a.m. and there were no eggs and only maybe 6 sausages. There was no one refilling the breakfast items. The front desk clerk (female) was outside smoking and talkiing on her phone. The one good part of our stay was the bed was very comfortable. We will not be planning to visit this property again.

I checked out after one night.
The air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly and was making an awful noise all night. The room smelled bad and there were water marks on the ceiling and a stain on the carpet. They were out of soap so they placed a shampoo bottle at the bathroom sink. When I went to the lobby to cancel my next night’s stay, I had to actually call the hotel to get someone from the back to come out. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a refund and so now I am waiting on ******* to refund me.

There was no soap in our bathroom at all. We went to the front desk and asked for some and we were told they were out and to just use the shampoo. That is not acceptable. Everything else was fine although this property could use an update.

Phone didnt work, Ac had a digit out so could not tell if it was 50, 60 ,70 or 80 and TV kept buffering. Breakfast was ok and the roof leaked and the stains were still present.
