Hotel smells bad, breakfast options are very limited, gym is a mess, there is no shampoo in the hotel, there was a huge bug crawling on my bed.

On the website this hotel looks clean and new but when you get there you can tell they altered their pictures online. Our room smelled like cat pee and needed a really good cleaning. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal and waffles. It was a joke. The only decent thing about our stay was the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had to wait two hours after check-in before I can even get to my room and we found rotten food under our bed

Had to request a second room. The first room the TV connection was damaged.
The second room the desk lamp was broke snd the toilet seat was close to falling off.
The entire place needs maintenance and cleaning up.

The property was unkept and very nasty. The grass needed to be cut and trees trimmed. The parking lot needed attention. Broken glass was in the parking lot. I will never stay there in another Quality inn motel again. Very horrible stay. Money should have been refunded.

Room was clean. Carpet did need cleaning and the Air conditioning unit didnt work.. But, the weather was unseasonably cool so i had no problem falling asleep.

We only stayed one night of a three night stay. The first thing we saw when we got there was the Quality Inn sign was torn and hanging. There were broken windows, the first room we were put into wasn't clean. The second room was clean, but not restocked. It only had decaf coffee, the towels were stained and had holes. The shower curtain had holes as well.

Very disappointed with the stay. No service for second night. Had to beg for an extra towel. Remote only operated television if you were standing so the remote was next to the box behind the tv. Furniture pieces too big for the room so the door actually hit the bed when you opened the door.
