Had to request a second room. The first room the TV connection was damaged.

The second room the desk lamp was broke snd the toilet seat was close to falling off.

The entire place needs maintenance and cleaning up.

The property was unkept and very nasty. The grass needed to be cut and trees trimmed. The parking lot needed attention. Broken glass was in the parking lot. I will never stay there in another Quality inn motel again. Very horrible stay. Money should have been refunded.

We only stayed one night of a three night stay. The first thing we saw when we got there was the Quality Inn sign was torn and hanging. There were broken windows, the first room we were put into wasn't clean. The second room was clean, but not restocked. It only had decaf coffee, the towels were stained and had holes. The shower curtain had holes as well.

Very disappointed with the stay. No service for second night. Had to beg for an extra towel. Remote only operated television if you were standing so the remote was next to the box behind the tv. Furniture pieces too big for the room so the door actually hit the bed when you opened the door.

We stayed in the king suite, it was everything but sweet. The tv in the "living space" did not work the water pressure for the Jacuzzi took 45min to fill past the jets. The lighting in the living space was dingy and one lamp wouldnt even turn on. The couch that was the 2nd "bed" as a pull out was dirty and way over used. The ac only cooled the bed room and the ONLY comfortable place to be was on the bed. Breakfast was crap no hot options aside from a waffle. No milk for the 1 option of stale cereal, and "orange juice" was tampico. The "all day coffee bar" was out of creamer. To top it if you get a room that is on the 2nd floor there's no elevator.
