The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking wasn’t the best, but manageable. The building itself is older and looks a bit rough, but for the price it turned out to be a good value. I didn’t encounter any bugs or rodents, and the environment was quiet with no issues related to theft, vandalism, or safety. An added bonus is the Denny’s right next door, which was very convenient.

Everything was absolutely spotless and beautiful and clean the only bad thing that I experience was the mattress had a huge dip in it but I slept very little but I slept on the side of that, but everything else was absolutely perfect and clean and sparkling and welcoming, and my stay really was a good one

What I recommend is put some air freshener in the rooms the smell in the room is bad overall.

When we got there, the restroom in the room we were assigned had urine in the toilet and on the floor. Moved to another room and the tv didn’t work. The office was in a room because the entrance was closed.

The shower was awful, sprayed all over. The tv didn’t work the 2nd night. We had to go get a new card because ours wouldn’t work the 2nd day. We had 4 people and only 2 towels. There were people making noise all hours of the night. Definitely should be cheaper nightly for those conditions.

The room was dirty with unknown smears on various walls. The TV did not work. The coffee maker did not work. The bathroom items were only half filled and had hair on them. The toilet paper did not have anywhere to hang it. It was a room worth $50 that cost $220. Utterly ridiculous.

It was clean, but the bathroom was small and the tv didn’t work. The concrete on the sidewalk had big holes in it, and no continental breakfast.
On the plus side, we were able to book it for a single night on a football weekend, it had a coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge. The beds were comfortable, the heating/air conditioner worked well, the walls were soundproof, and there was plenty of hot water.
I’m sure when the renovation is complete, it will be very nice.
