Whenever I visit Indianapolis, I always stay at this location. Friendly Staff, always willing to make your stay comfortable. Clean rooms and great breakfast!

They had signs posted that they are not responsible for care break-ins. The surrounding area was not so nice. The shower head was super low and I'm 5’5.

It was decent, still in renovation. I know housekeeping is trying to clean rooms, but it’s unnecessary to knock on doors at 10:55.

The room was very nice. Pool and spa area could use some sprucing up. Chair broken in pool area. Hotel hallways were recently painted. So they seem to be working on things. Breakfast was typical.

I had a difficult time finding ligh switches. With check out time being 12:00 non ,Which I was happy to see..... housekeeping knocked on my Door twice10:30 then again at:11:00 didn't need interruptions,like that

The windows didnt lock on any floor. They gave me multiple rooms. They all had a smokey smell. But the real issue was the pool. Someone had visibly thrown up and had diarrhea in the pool. Another guest told us when we tried to enter. They were all seated in the hot tub which was lukewarm at best. Upon visually looking at the pool it had floating debris and sunken matter on the floor. In the morning the staff had yet to address it or put signs up.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. I do not understand what you mean about the windows do not lock. I personally just went through the hotel and all of the window's lock. As for the pool, yes someone got sick on Saturday night. We closed the pool and did not reopen it until Tuesday. Please contact me to discuss this further.

The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I wish there had been a door to where the toilet is. The shower was amazing. Lived the roominess of the suite.

有一个问题需要提示一下，就是早餐不太丰富，或者说是品类太少了，尤其不适合比较挑剔的胃口。除了香蕉橙子苹果还不错，24小时白开水供应，推荐对面的超市有韩国方便面，餐厅微波炉给你惊喜
