The room given to me was not what i reserved. The rooms paint was chipping. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The sink would clog and drain super slowly. The staff was ok. Their kids would be running around slamming into doors and just being super noisy. This was not my memorable experience. I was super disappointed and not planning on ever using this hotel again.

Room wasn’t in good condition or clean …. Had to clean the bathroom and room ourselves… but bed was big that was a plus …
如果可以给这家旅馆打负零分，我绝对会毫不犹豫地这么做。我今天（11月1日）预订了一晚。我和家人到达酒店后，前台接待员给了我们二楼214号房间。打开房间后，我发现床单上有污渍，想去洗手间，结果门根本打不开，而且洗手间脏得令人作呕！连毛巾都没有！我问前台接待员能不能至少给我换个房间，她说可以找人来修门，但我拒绝了，因为我需要一个舒适的住处。她告诉我他们没有空房了。我告诉她，如果可以退款，我会和家人另找住处。他们竟然拒绝了我的请求！！！这是什么管理水平？让客人入住期间感到舒适是你们的责任。人们都很累，他们只想找个像样的地方住下，而不是在旅行结束后还要处理一堆烂摊子。我绝不会向任何将来要来这附近旅行的家人和朋友推荐这个地方。绝对不会，永远不会！

咖啡壶有，但没有咖啡。
熨衣板有，但没有熨斗。
没有洗脸巾，也没有毛巾。
没有冰桶。
房间空调坏了。
换窗帘！
外面走廊整晚的灯光都很刺眼，而且卧室顶部和底部的窗帘太短，房间里的光线太强，让我们无法入睡。
太糟糕了！！需要爬 18 层楼梯。预订了 ADA 一楼。但并没有发生这种情况，令人无法接受
烟雾探测器丢失，电线从天花板上垂下来！！！

非常干净舒适。物有所值。新管理层做得最好，并试图提高标准。我发现这里非常安全可靠。
我绝对会推荐这个地方。

干净舒适。我们的床很干净，浴室一尘不染，互联网速度很快。
小镇不错，前往主要街道很方便。
最好多注意维护物业。
