The staff was very nice and hard working. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, close to hiking/biking. I definitely recommend.

We left day early - bathroom door was moldy, tv iffy, room cabinets warped. There was no problem with refund when I showed registration photos of the damage.

Very outdated and was given a handicap room with bo shower door or curtain - so strange!!!

冰箱急需除霜。虽然一切看起来都挺干净的，但有些地方已经显旧了，比如地毯。
住过最差的贝斯特韦斯特酒店。
我们住了三晚，但体验非常糟糕，与我们支付的价格（600美元）完全不符。泳池加热器在整个入住期间都坏了，泳池水温冰冷刺骨。我预订这家酒店的主要原因就是看中了泳池，如果入住前被告知泳池无法使用，我肯定会选择更便宜的酒店。当我询问泳池周末能否维修时，前台人员竟然说：“我只是个兼职员工，泳池坏了，你们要我来办理退房吗？”
此外，我们入住的三晚期间都没有客房清洁服务，酒店只是从门缝塞了一张纸条告知我们客房清洁服务暂停。
早餐很一般，床单上有污渍。酒店位置倒是挺好的。
早餐糟透了。鸡蛋和香肠都是冷的，没有吐司，也没有贝果。
我还会再去，但会提前计划好在外面吃早餐，就像这次旅行一样。
