Staff was fantastic,especially at Splash and when we had a bathroom flood- the problem was dealt with expeditiously and with satisfaction.

William the manager is phenomenal. The room is so wonderful cozy and lovely. Stage needs work, couple other issues I would rather not mention.

The villas were big with plenty of space. Many activities for children happening. Everything was clean and the area was really safe with plenty of parking

A very welcoming resort in Scottsdale
Friendly staff, special shout out to Mar , Frontdesk and Ashley in restaurant
Apartments are very spacious and comfortable

Enjoyed the place wish we could have had a longer stay! Easy check in and check out. Staff were all really nice and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The resort was OK and the staff was friendly. A couple things that tainted our stay… The balcony was on a very busy street and it was too loud to spend any time out there. They only provided coffee the first day and then you had to buy the packets after that… First time I’ve ever seen a hotel do that? Lastly, we asked for a 1030 check out instead of 10 and they denied our request. It was a Monday morning during a slow season and the hotel seemed very empty so that was quite a disappointment.

The room was spacious, but very dated. Even the texture on the walls was 1970's. The bed needs a replacement. The cabinets in the bathroom are scratched and need sanding and painting at the very least. The staff not friendly and inviting, not necessarily rude but off-putting. Check-out is too early. I think it was one of the nicer resorts back in the late 80's early nineties. But it needs a lot of remodeling now.
