This has to be the dirtiest Days Inn I’ve ever seen. We ended our stay early and moved to another location. Room was dirty when we arrived and TV didn’t work. I was told maids didn’t come to work and they were short staffed. I was also told maintenance man wasn’t available to fix TV. Person on staff said management wasn’t available. Chairs and carpet are stained. Nothing looks like the picture on *******. Don’t stay here unless you’re desperate or can’t find a hotel. I’ve submitted complaint to management online and *******.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Responded quickly when I needed assistance to get the TV to work

This was so bad we ended up just not even staying the night and driving the 3 hours back to Dallas after the football game. There was a mildew and bad odor that was as if a decaying body had previously been there. The bathroom door was swollen and rotten and carpet pulled up at the edge. We paid $388 for a room we didn’t even stay in… it was THAT bad!

One and Done!
AC Worked well. I did not want to eat or drink anything after I saw the tub in my unit. Very outdated property. The first room they gave me , the door had been kicked in and was splintered. Once I pulled the door closed , i could not get out. We were able to exchange rooms. The next room was a bit better. Very outdated in need of a total remodel from top to bottom. One of the worst properties I have ever stayed at.
淋浴坏了还堵塞，遥控器也没法用，顾客体验感很差！
房子看起来太旧了，而且维护得很少。房间里有蟑螂和蚂蚁，电视坏了，我们寻求帮助，但没人帮忙。前台也只能说几句话。就这个价格来说，早餐设施对我和我的家人来说还不错。浴室也还不错，热水也不错！
泳池很干净。酒店看起来很干净，也很安静。唯一的问题是门把手坏了，很难打开。他们给我们安排了另一个房间，但我们已经安顿好了，明天早上就会离开。
