No hot water and despite multiple customers voicing concern no resolution sought. Dirty hallways and lobby. Very limited breakfast with most items not being offered at all.
Only positive is the night shift employee by the name of Kimberly who was very nice but unable to address concerns regarding hot water.

Nice room, easy access from the hwy as well as to kyle field/northgate. Great place to stay for games.

The breakfast was gross. Coffee not warm, tables dirty and fruit and bagels looked like they were very old. The ac in the main part of the suites did not work so not possible to close the door to the bedroom as the person sleeping on the couch would be hot.

Room was clean and tidy. There were only hand towels, no bath towels. No hand soap at the sink. The phone was not working so I had to go down to the desk for info or request. The pool was seasonally closed but I found no notice of this wgen I made the reservarion. This was an overnight stay so nothing was a major issue but still a little disappointing

It was an ok stay, we needed fresh washcloths and 2 hand towels. We told front desk like the sign posted to tell them we needed fresh hand towels and washcloths and trash removal. They DID NOT leave what we asked for so again had to go to front desk for that. What we got was dirty gray washcloths and got a torn bath mat for a hand towel. Will not be staying there again.

Was in a rush and the hotel receptionist was very helpful to get us our room keys in a fast and friendly manner

Property is tired. Parking lot lights did not work. Water pressure super strong, but painful in shower. Room had strong odor akin to sour milk. Son found crumbs in his bed. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in morning was hot and tasty. Staff was friendly.

We booked through ******* & there was no reservation at the hotel, couldnt get ******* on the phone so wound up having to pay for the hotel again

总的来说，在乡村酒店的住宿体验还不错。但他们的早餐真的让我们很失望。两天早餐都有一半的餐点是缺货的。第一个早上没有饼干、没有香肠、也没有黄油。第二天则没有牛奶、没有华夫饼粉等等。
另外，他们毛巾的质量也挺差的。
我们入住时前台的工作人员态度很好，也很专业，但我们退房时的那位在客户服务方面还有待提高。
我们特意选择了这家酒店，因为我们计划在泳池边消磨时间，但到达时泳池已经关闭了。我们要求客房清洁服务，但没人来。然后，热水断了好几个小时，我们甚至有一天晚上都没法洗澡。
