The lamp in the bathroom out of 3 light bulb only one was working. The roof looks like it was repaired but the finishing texture does not look good. The rest was great excellent AC and the beds are super nice.

Dirty, broken furniture, cracked bathroom sink. Had to go to front desk every day for towels. Staff was friendly about it but not very responsive.

furniture broken in room, wifi did not reach room, pool nasty, front desk personnel untrained and inattentive - was visiting with family in lobby instead of responding to dinged bell, front desk allowed person go into kitchen after hours to eat (unclean and stealing food), electric plugs on bed did not work, bath soap container in room was empty, an overall terrible experience.

Pleasant though distant fro main Texas A&M campus.
Very nice room (King Suite) that contained a Jacuzzi which, unfortunately, we did not have time to use. Would have preferred an extra loveseat. It was a little difficult to get into the hotel parking lot since the main driveway is a bit hard to find and on a busy street - four lanes with fast-moving traffic. But overall, a good experience with all the expected amenities.

Service at check-in was excellent. Ms Dee was attentive to all and acknowledged every one who came in, while taking care of a couple of problems at the same time.
The property is old but seems clean; the breakfast was good. I only had coffee and a muffin but there is cereal and pancakes plus fruit if you want other goodies.

Nightmare hotel!!
The staff is horrible. The lady at the front desk in the morning is a ratchet horrible woman that doesn’t understand. Do not stay here. They will treat you horribly.

It's the staffs duty to enforce that unfortunately.

另外，他们毛巾的质量也挺差的。
我们入住时前台的工作人员态度很好，也很专业，但我们退房时的那位在客户服务方面还有待提高。
4 楼残疾人客房（不需要或要求），每晚 200 多美元（2 张大床）。浴室地漏松了，踩上去会掉落1英寸——非常危险。和网上的照片完全不一样。我们本来想去游泳——游泳池没有水，却没有人告诉我们。第一天早上的早餐糟透了（棕色果蝇香蕉），没有蛋白质或酸奶。厨房每天都停水（厨房工作人员教我们如何打开水管来给玻璃杯供水）。房间空调漏水（但很冷）。窗帘拉断了，窗帘不见了。照片里的墙壁有裂缝。浴缸补了好多补丁，房间需要清扫。枕套有洞。一半的电话插头能用。房间很暗。与这个价格的预期相比，这家酒店非常老旧/破旧。
优点：两位厨房工作人员友好又友善。
我们收到一条短信询问我们的住宿体验。我提到了这些事情。没有人回复。我发了两次短信。在我们入住期间，我联系了工作人员，他们递给我毛巾、卫生纸，或者对我们的问题说“抱歉”，但没有真正的解决办法。退房时，我说了所有这些，并告诉关于短信无人回复的问题。工作人员表现得非常尴尬，说如果我们不发差评，他们会退还67美元。我同意了。然后他们就没给我们退款。我打电话给*******详细解释了这一切。*******打电话给酒店，要求全额退款。酒店的Kerry拒绝了。*******要求1-2天退款。Kerry也拒绝了。*******感觉非常糟糕，他们只给了我们比酒店最初承诺的金额略高的退款，但总比没有好。
