Overpriced. Hotel was loud, not that nice. Couldn't walk to any restaurants. Website said breakfast was free, and we get there and it's $15. I'll eat elsewhere thank you. Go to use the hot tub, and it's ice cold. I learn later that the heater for the hot tub doesn't work. Would've been nice to know that beforehand. Poor value. Will stay elsewhere next time I'm in Phoenix.

This was my first time staying at this Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites. First of all, they need a technician to check the doorknobs, we had a very hard time opening the door. And also had a very hard time with the television. There was no water to make coffee, what is the use on having coffee maker?

Average
Stayed just one night. I would say the hotel is average and what you might expect from this brand. Bed was too soft and the AC blew right on it which didn’t make for the most comfortable night.

So disappointed in our stay here. The hotel needs a total refresh. Sad when you over hear the maintenance/pool man say that the pool looks like a “pond”. Pool needs serious attention. Very dirty and unsanitary.
First night there our key pad on our door didn’t work and the maintenance man came and attempted to fix without success.
Could be a nice hotel if they renovated it !

Clean and Comfortable Stay
We stayed one night in a king bed room after a flight into the area. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Toiletry products were all Dove brand, which we appreciated. There are several options for food and shopping in the area. We would stay here again.

泳池和热水浴缸都关闭了……早上9点到晚上7点之间竟然停水，也没有其他替代方案。为了洗澡和上厕所，我不得不开车往返一个半小时。而我入住酒店的初衷就是为了避免长途驾驶。
