While checking in with Nichole, Pamala the evening clerk at the front desk thought it would be funny to say; "We call rooms at 3:00 AM when a single guest is staying in a double queen room." I did not think much of the comment at 11:00 PM until I received a wake up call at 3:50 AM in the morning and was unable to go back to sleep! I spoke to Kim in the morning when checking out and she recommended I speak to Richard Nichols the GM on Monday. After speaking to Richard he had no apology for my experience and encouraged me to go ahead and make a review. (So, here it is!) I would NEVER RECOMMEND this location, if you would like to get a good night's sleep! The rudeness of Pamala and Richard, GM was outrageous!

Bedbugs!! LIVE bedbugs!! Disgusting filthy and majorly outdated. Un-level floors, that if you are not careful, you will trip and fall. The lobby reeks of ****, and is just awful. The night manager had to call Richard, who is either a senior manager or the owner. He finally put me in a diffetent motel, after he found out I had pictures and videos of the bugs......it is a known issue by all the other surround motels. There were also homeless and scary folks just hanging out in the parking lot and beside the building. I did not feel safe. (I have video and pictures of the bug moving)

It was all fine, until me and my family decided to shower, not enough shampoo and the door doesnt really close thats alright solvable. At nighttime i was on my Phone and my family was asleep. i see a bed bug crawling on me! And so on my family. Are they not aware of the bed bugs!

The manager on duty (Angie Jackson) was drinking with guests and became intoxicated and started pounding on my door at 11pm looking for someone named “Deb” This is extremely unprofessional and disgusting. I would assume whatever trailer park she crawled out from needs her back

This hotel was not too bad but the room I was in could have been better in that it was not as clean as it could have been. The room was a little dark and could have done with a little better lighting. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. there were several food outlets and restaurants nearby, in fact staying at this hotel allowed a 10% discount a Denny's next door

We chose this motel for proximity to Mercy Hosp. I called to book. Staff was helpful and pleasant. My military disc was applied. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We were welcomed & even helped with luggage! All expectations exceeded. A+++

Infested with cocktail roaches. Little lighting. Perhaps to prevent you from seeing them???? I checked out immediately. 1st one I found was under the TV remote (once found it in the dimly light room). The 2nd one was not 2 seconds later The woman at the front desk was very nice. However, she did not seem to be concerned. She said she was surprised because the last people didn't say anything. That's when I started reading hotel reviews. I guess I could have had scorpions 🦂 too. I found it's not uncommon for these guys to crawl into unkempt rooms. I don't have enough characters to write a full review in the few minutes I was in there. Beware of this establishment!!!!
