Professional staff. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of towels, and soap. A/C worked great, the water was very hot for my shower. Nicer than most motels I've stayed at for this price.

Disgusting room with bugs in bathtub, behind toilet, bathroom walls and sink. Mattress was springs with a bit of fabric over. Not exaggerating. Strange characters hanging out drinking in back side of building. NEXT TO A CEMETERY!!! Didn't see that on the website. Requested refund since I was traveling with my 13yr old granddaughter and didn't feel safe or comfortable. Waited 20 min in my car for manager to find me another room before I decided it was more important to get my granddaughter to a safe comfortable place. I will still be pursuing my refund. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

酒店回复: we can not move cemetery as one day we all gonna be die and we need that which is also part of our society and it would be next to any business or any residential area, by the way we are not exactly next to cemetery there are 2 more business next to us then cemetery (one another hotel than car wash and service centre). Also on what ground do you not feel safe, just because of some african couple are outside. yes, there are also part of our society and there are our valuable guest like you. they are long term guest and they are safe to everyone. we have sold out night and we have also another 100 of guests stayed and they do not have any issue with it. yes, i understand your concern about cricket( flying -outside bugs) which is common in this area around this time. and our front desk offered room move. you should check that room and if you have any problem then you can denied after seeing it. But As a Red Roof inn, we accept that we can not make your expectation and apologies for it. Hope you give us chance next time to serve you better and provide good service.

This is an older hotel. However the interior has been renovated and remodeled hence a more favorable rating. The exterior still appears outdated. Biggest complaint was a slightly detectable odor and a slightly noisy room air conditioner.

It was okay but when you enter the room in the room it smelled musty you should have to go out and buy candles or air freshener to make the room smell good.

Front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful. The only real issue we had was that the mattress was caved in right down the middle so we literally slept squeezed into a hole. Room 161 is to be avoided!

Front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful. The only real issue we had was that the mattress was caved in right down the middle so we literally slept squeezed into a hole. Room 161 is to be avoided!
