The room was filthy, replete with dried feces or vomit on the outside of the toilet. I needed a creamer packet and it was like one solid rock and every last one so I threw them all away and did the next guest a favor.
To be fair, the bends were clean, which is all we needed, but otherwise I would not recommend. When I advise the person at the front desk he said he would let the general manager know.

The front desk gentleman greeted with a smile and was very kind. His friendliness would be a reason I return here if I am passing through again.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was nice. The hotel is definitely outdated. The breakfast was good enough for the price point, nothing fancy, but got the job done. My only real complaint is that my room smelled like an ashtray, even though no smoking is allowed. I bought febreeze and doused the room and it was fine.

The staff were/are argumentative and rude. Although they require you to allow housekeeping in your room every other day, they do not clean or replace anything except towels and trash. The triple charged me for an additional three day reservation and although ******* asks, if you have pets, they still called me a liar and said I never told them I had a pet, then charged me an additional $550 instead of the $250 that is posted on their sign as you walk in. They also informed me that it is the customers responsibility to know that they don't communicate with *******, or anyone else about their pet policy. They have refused to refund the money that they overcharged me and have tried to blame everyone except themselves for their mistakes.

Room was pretty dirty and clearly is not deep cleaned often. It’s also very dated and had a funky smell. There appeared to be blood stains in the carpet. Will not be returning.

Sadly disappointed compared to last week.
Our first day was great a week later our roo. Was in the middle of no where. The first w were filthy. The owner really needs to be tuere she made out 1st stay fantastic. If i would have known she was off and we were going to be miles from the lobby in the unremodled room we would have stayed anywhere else. Refuse any room over 270.
