The toilet in 508c was not operating properly and also displayed a very noisy refill.
The vanity light on function simultaneously with the ever so loud annoying fan.
Only one elevator was a issue with staff with carts commandeering the elevator in the am resulting in excessive wait times.

We arrived at the property at 4pm only be told that our room AC is broken the day prior and it wont be fixed for the duration of our stay. The only option front desk gave us is stay in the room without a working AC or book in another hotel. Imagine being told this while its raining out and we have 3 kids with us. A notification from the hotel of the AC condition would have been helpful prior check in, but nope! They did not let us know in advance despite them knowing about it the day before. I asked the front desk lady if we could check the room, if air condition is bearable and front desk acted like its very inconvenient. She didnt even try to check if other rooms are available, nope! No compassion! I had to ask before she checks but nada, and no effort at all. We ended staying there still, good thing the weather is nice that night but the morning-early evening feels warm in the room. I have to call front desk next day to check if other room becomes available, unfortunately none but still they did not offer anything to make our stay easier. Worst HILTON VACATION CLUB stay ever!!!!

The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, the front desk Sasha was amazing and the young lady who was the head of security was so helpful, extremely kind-I did forget her name but they both were amazing. You just don’t find people that are so caring like that anywhere, therefore it mad my stay a memorable one to say the least.

Clean room. Great location and views. Well equipped kitchen. Not enough parking. The 2 sets of sliding doors were almost impossible to open. Need to be greased or replaced. We booked a king size bed but only a queen was available at check-in. The construction in process didn't bother us.

我们办理入住时，前台给我们的第一印象棒极了！工作人员非常专业，彬彬有礼。房间也很棒！看起来像新的一样，有海岸风格的艺术品、漂亮的家具、花岗岩台面、不锈钢电器，空间也很宽敞。我很喜欢阳台的景色和用餐区。感谢您提供如此愉快的住宿体验！
