Sketchy check in staff. Could not find the reservation. Refused to give me a working key until the “system” took the reservation that was uploaded. Lied to ******* customer service about access to room. Loudly asked me if my husband was present. Finally found my reservation when ******* was going to rebook me elsewhere. AVOID.

This property is excellent. I stay in Ormond a couole of times a year and this is the only olace I'll stay. Spacious, clean, and all the amenities I need.
