The Charleston Place was a delight from the minute we walked in the front door until we left. All staff members were friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The location was excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance. King street (great shopping area) was just a block away. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it as a premier hotel in this great city.

From the smooth valet check in for our daughter’s 21 birthday, complete with a bubbly toast, to a beautiful room service breakfast, I cannot say enough about the staff, property and overall experience! The reset of the entryway is well managed, with no true interruptions- a feat of hospitality at its finest. Recommendations of local must see experiences, friendly faces and hearty “welcome back” attitude made for an incredible weekend!

Beautiful hotel with lots of construction noise! We were placed next to a room (and suspected above us) with daily construction that woke us up every morning. It was brutal. I was very disappointed they could not initially place us somewhere away from the construction. If I had known it would’ve been that bad, I would’ve booked elsewhere. My advice: wait to stay here until construction is finished.

大堂里弥漫着尿骚味。周六一整天我们都听着砰砰砰的敲门声，听起来就像整天待在核磁共振成像仪里一样。接待人员的服务态度也很糟糕。
