Their attention to detail was not great. I got an amazing phone call from a Justus there and asked me all these amazing questions about my preferences and the room reflecting none of my requests.

No snacks in room but no room service at night whether.
The worst was my daughter was getting married and in a suite and got back to the room and they had done their amazing turn down service but no one delivered the meals and champagne that were left at the front desk to be put in their rooms for after the wedding and they came back starving of course. Found the food the next day at the front desk. Cold and spoiled. For how expensive this hotel is and how many rooms we had booked there, frankly I’m appalled. They ruined a special moment for her.

While booking the room I specifically requested a room with 1 king size bed - it is my wife's and mine getaway weekend, and wanted to stay close.
The front desk person said they didn't have any such rooms, and we received 2 separate beds.
Blame was pushed on *******, and it's not for me to judge. Something went wrong, somehow.

Room was good, the bell staff was great. Took quite a while to get our car from valet, but one of the valet helped us find a stroller from the hotel. One issue I had was with the front desk staff, it was a blonde girl. We asked for the stroller that we had reserved and she said we don’t have strollers and didn’t make an effort to even look. It was only after the Belman overheard us that he went to go check and found the stroller immediately. I find it weird and a five star resort that she didn’t even try to help.
Also, we booked the hotel because of the wonderful indoor pool that was advertised and when we got there, we found that the pool was closed. It would’ve been nice to know that the pool was not working before we booked.

设施和环境一般,水疗区域和整个花园正在翻修,不值得这个价格,屋内设施较为老旧,但还算整洁。服务态度极佳。

位置优越 大堂酒吧温馨典雅
大堂里弥漫着尿骚味。周六一整天我们都听着砰砰砰的敲门声,听起来就像整天待在核磁共振成像仪里一样。接待人员的服务态度也很糟糕。
酒店地理位置优越。设施一流,服务一流。房间宽敞整洁。
