The room was fine but what was very annoying was the fact we now have to pay for parking, something has always been free as we have stayed at this specific hotel before. This is just a simple open lot, so it’s not like we had the benefit of underground parking with heat and added security. It was ridiculous to add an extra $15/day on top of the room rate per day, which we prepaid when we made the reservation. This was such a disappointment and it feels like another tactic to nickel and dime travelers.

Mostly hotels in the area is charging a a parking fee. The Sheraton Reston Hotel has just recently implemented a parking fee. Maintaining a private property has a cost that significantly increased for the benefit of the guest. We apologized that the policy is now enforced this year.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. 我不知道这家酒店发生了什么，但最近几个月服务一直很差。我已经在这家酒店住了好几年，用它来准备国际航班和恢复体力。过去一个月，由于商务原因，我在这里住了两次。第一次入住时，我被安排在了翼楼，而不是酒店主楼，没有任何解释。办理入住手续的工作人员（一位红头发的女士）在办理入住时态度非常不友好。当时酒店几乎空无一人。从房间到前台和餐厅要走很长一段路。当我在退房时询问我被安排在翼楼的原因时，他们告诉我电梯坏了。我还被告知我可以选择使用服务电梯。办理入住时，他们没有提供电梯选项。
第二次入住时，我又被安排在了侧楼，电梯也同样没有选择，办理入住也同样糟糕，还是那个红灯。电梯可能停运了好几个月，因为他们需要零件，而零件现在搁置在中国的某个地方。最近一次入住该地区时，我选择了华盛顿杜勒斯万豪套房酒店。住宿体验不仅棒极了，而且比雷斯顿喜来登酒店还便宜。我的建议是，还是住那里吧，你不会后悔的！！
住宿非常舒适....晚上 7 点到 11 点在 Trap Road 1635 号有一个婚礼的演唱会，选择在雷斯顿睡觉....
上周有一个活动，
