We take our cleaning standards very seriously so this will be passed along to our housekeeping staff. The rooms and the stay are good, the staff's attention is excellent, there was only one issue: they didn't clean our room for a while and the breakfast isn't good
再次返回到这个城市,Micro inn涨价了,所以就住了这家,也非常不错,价格也很实惠,早餐不错,住了一晚就赶往休斯顿了!
可能不会再来了。我多次要额外的枕头,他们都说没有。后来又说清洁阿姨会给我们一些,结果还是没有。我不得不再次询问。顺便说一句,酒店当时并没有满房。三楼的制冰机坏了。真是无语。
我租了辆车,所以不太了解公共交通。酒店提供早餐,所以早餐不成问题,而且停车位充足,非常方便。
工作人员很友好,但房间不太令人满意。空调声音很大,而且无法去除房间里的湿气,所以房间里感觉很闷。吹风机坏了……你可以插上电源,它只能以低速运行,但按钮坏了,所以只有一个档位,必须插上电源再拔掉才能使用。我去淋浴时拿了洗发水瓶,里面已经用了四分之三了。所以不是新的。床很硬,枕头很小。我们那层楼的制冰机坏了,也没有自动售货机。我们离开时早餐已经准备好了,但选择并不像我们预期的那样。
房间很脏,流出来的水是棕色的,所以我们没法洗澡。
我们要求夜班工作人员换房间,她说她不知道怎么换,也不知道怎么联系经理。
第二天早上,工作人员说他们无法退款,而且她不知道怎么联系经理。我们经常来大学城,但以后再也不会来这家酒店,也不会推荐这家酒店了。
