there was a loud pounding bass from music for at least an hour while i was trying to sleep. otherwise i had no issues and the hotel was very well kept and clean.

The stay was great. The housekeeping staff was not courteous or helpful. I dropped my purse and the contents as well as spilled my drink and as they walked by or/and talked with each other as I was checking out hands full, no help. It was a very harsh feeling. In my opinion, what they did was equivalent to seeing me drowning at the beach and not caring enough to even call for help let alone reach out a helping hand. That is the issue in our society too often we pretend not to see someone who needs help so that we don’t have to take the time to evoke a feeling similar to care. Concern. Vulnerability. Society is way too comfortable staying silent while watching someone in need .

Room & facility are nice. There needs to be more than one front desk agent at check in. At check in, the agent didn’t go over any stay details such as confirmation of dates room type etc. One evening a different agent was eating a pizza in front of guests, overall not professional.
