I have stayed numerous of times no issues. Until today the day before Thanksgiving and these mf double charge me and mad account negative and keep saying they didn't when it is in writing on my account

酒店回复: We looked at all of your reservations and there is not a double charge. Everynight you stayed, there is a payment. There is nothing duplicate. Your incidental deposit was also refunded. There is no reason to cuss as we are trying to help you the best we can.

The washroom was clumsy and things were falling down. While showering the toilet paper holder fell on its own.

I loved how the venue looked. It was very welcoming. Staff was pleasant. Room was nice, although the bathroom was a bit small. Ultimately my only complaint was the breakfast.
The waffle maker's timer didn't work when I used it. I tried to alert staff, but they didn't know what was wrong with it. The eggs were horrible. I couldn't finish them. They were soft, very mushy with no texture.

Room was comfortable, clean and location convenient. Unfortunately there were some problems. All paperwork showed only at $50 deposit (even the forms I electronically initialed) but there was a new sign that they said it would now be $100 so my card was charged that. The toilet didn’t flush without having to wiggle the mechanism in the tank and their was obvious bubbles in the ceiling from past water damage.

First our room had mold in the bathroom and it was weird smell in the room. We were harassed by the front desk staff. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

Dingy towels and badly used sheets. They charge a different deposit the. Listed which is higher. Thin walls. You can everything that goes on in the next room. No rest at all.

Overall condition of the hotel seemed good. The door to the room did not "fit" the doorway very well - it took quite a bit of effort to open and close the door. Same with the door to the bathroom.

Overall a decent stay. Clean and quiet, which is very important. However, the bathroom was very small. Barely had room to shut the door. But still a decent stay for the price.
