Clean room, plenty of amenities for the pricing, and the proximity to the conference venue bringing us into Alpharetta were all nice.

I was given the wrong room. It was occupied by someone else unknowingly to me. As I’m in my room getting settled, the original occupants came in my room with their room key, it’s been a disaster

Unfortunately, another nearby room’s door was left ajar and was mistaken for yours; the original guests later accessed their own room with their key. That doesn’t excuse your experience. We’ve re-trained staff to escort guests when there’s any confusion and are inspecting door latches to prevent this. Please contact me at Hotel so I can make this right.

We were in town to attend a funeral, price did not increased from a Thursday to Friday like most hotels. The breakfast surpassed my expectations, was very good. Very nice room. Nothing negative to say. Wonderful hotel.

他们没给我安排我预订的“特殊房间”（Kink Bedroom），因为我订的就是那种。结果他们给我安排了一间双人皇后房。从我到达的那天晚上到我睡不着觉，房间本身倒没什么问题。隔壁房间住着一家人，带着个孩子，我猜想他们可能有点特殊。因为那孩子早上10点就醒了，从那时一直到11点40分，甚至更晚，他都在尖叫，制造噪音。我去了前台，告诉他们情况，希望他们能帮我换个房间或者换个楼层。结果他们只是瞪了我一眼，咬牙切齿地说他们会跟那家人谈谈。他们这么说，就说明他们知道这件事，而且那家人可能就住在那里。这是我第一次也是最后一次住康福特酒店。
员工非常友好，床也很舒服，但我不会再住了。我妈妈在浴室里看到了一只蟑螂，空调噪音很大，而且我明明预订了四条毛巾，他们却只提供了两条。看到蟑螂后，我们就没在那里吃早餐。部分家具比较新，但房间光线昏暗，需要一盏顶灯。
我订了两间七人房。
沙发不太合适，我不得不另付钱订了第三间。
工作人员非常有礼貌，也很周到。
不过，上次旅行时，他们给我安排了合适的床位，但这次却没有。
还可以，床很舒服，早餐应该品种多一些，随时都有咖啡
他们没有清洁服务，也不想在近两周半的住宿期间提供干净的东西。我不推荐这家酒店
