the room was spacious and open , it didn’t feel so closed off. the staff were great & will help you 24/7. the washer & dryer is free too!

My check in wasn’t until 4pm but they were able to check us in early! Which we loved , the only thing that we disliked was that our room was on the 3rd floor and my husband has a bad knee. Other than that 5/5

Appropriate for visit. Friendly and attentive welcome staff. Izzy very helpful with followup. Had to get a room on 3rd floor with no elevators. Also property entrance to 1 bedroom on 3rd floor could use power washing. However room was nicely appointed and very comfortable.

This hotel was so close to the ball field. There was breakfast in the morning and we found it quiet and relaxing. Lots of food options in the neighbourhood.

Maybe not best for business travel
Nice place but check in was laborious. After checking at front desk was steered to another desk to listen to pitches for the vacation club membership. Said not interested three times. I did not like that when all I wanted to do was to find a comfortable place to wait until the room was ready. No on site vending though the small poolside restaurant is fine and has friendly staff. Personnel overall were pleasant and professional.

The only complaint I have is that the hot water takes several minutes to warm-up. Other than that, it was great and will consider staying there again if I visit Phoenix again.

Technical Coffee Maker Question
Coffee maker makes luke warm coffee, not Hot coffees. i cannot figure out how to heat cooffee yobto Hotz.
Must I separately heat the cild cream in the counter top heaters to obtain Hit coffee?

Appreciated the amenities of the handicapped room! Enjoyed the pool. Location was great for our doctor visits to Mayo Clinic Hospital.
