Room was fine but underwhelming. Whole lobby area was weirdly cavernous, poorly furnished and setup, and far from inviting to hang out in.

The property was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Only one hot tub was working and the pool was not heated.

Phenomenal hotel. Great bed, comfortable room, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. I’ll definitely return for my next stop in Santa Fe.

这家酒店位置不错，距离伦西克和乔治亚·奥基夫博物馆仅一个街区，步行五分钟即可到达广场。
房间宽敞，浴室看起来也翻新过，只是墙纸有些剥落。贴心的是：大部分灯都配有调光器！冰箱缺少温度控制旋钮，而且需要除霜。我们的大部分食物在24小时内就冻住了。我们在健身中心锻炼时，发生了机械故障，房间里充满了烟雾！行李架仅供行李员使用，所以记得带些现金给小费！车库里没有电动汽车充电桩。
这家酒店看起来破败不堪，油漆到处剥落，房间里的灯忽明忽暗，而且到处都是灰尘。唯一还不错的地方是游泳池，但网站上说晚上11点关门，实际上10点就关了，这打乱了我们的计划。工作人员很友善，尽力满足我们的需求。
1. 预订会议室的沟通非常不畅。酒店员工无法直接预订，我们花了一周时间才联系到公司总部的相关人员。这令人沮丧且非常不专业。我和我的助理连续一周每天都打电话，才终于有人回复我们。商务出行千万不要预订这家酒店。2. 不要指望有客房服务。酒店声称提供客房服务，但无论何时都无人接听客房服务电话。我只能叫外卖送到房间。
我们很遗憾以后再也不会入住埃尔多拉多酒店了：
我们从1987年2月开始入住圣达菲的埃尔多拉多酒店。当时酒店崭新漂亮，宾客盈门，热闹非凡，而且离广场很近。
整个90年代，我们几乎每年二月都会来这里。我们非常喜欢这里！我们已经有一段时间没来了，所以很期待再次入住。
我们办理入住后，立刻发现地板很脏，既没有扫地也没有拖地，而且床架也坏了。我们收拾好行李后，就去打开空调。结果空调坏了。我们等了一会儿，空调还是坏的。下午5点15分，我打电话给前台，G说他们10分钟内会派维修人员过来。太好了，我们正准备出去庆祝一个重要的生日，这也是我们这次入住的目的。
三个小时后，我们回到酒店。
空调还是坏的，我又打了一次电话。G说马上会有人过来。半小时后，我去了前台，G再次说他们会马上处理。过了一会儿没人来，所以我第四次下楼询问情况。
我问她酒店真的有工程部吗？她说有。我说如果他们再不修好，我们就得换房间。她拿起对讲机，然后给了我隔壁房间的钥匙。
回到房间几分钟后，一位非常和蔼的男士出现了。我告诉他，我们已经尝试解决这个问题将近四个小时了。他说他们也是第一次听说这个问题……
几分钟后，他坚定地表示……
