We were there for 2 nights…. No clean towels or coffee. Very loud during late night…kids (hot rodders) very loud with their cars and voices! Hard to sleep!

We stayed for 6 nights. We were never told at check in that housekeeping would only service the room once every three days. We complained and asked for service one day early. We were told it would be provided. No one ever showed as we were promised Also, , the shower faucet would not turn off. There was some cork that staff seemed to know. Rather than sending someone to fix the problem, we had to call several times to have someone who knew the”quirk”remedy the situation. Would not recommend.

Too expensive for the condition of the room
Room was dirty, full of roaches and flying insects. Area unsafe, lots of drug ******* and homeless all around the property.

The ceilings in the room and bathroom had mold and the ac unit kept making loud noises all night which didn’t let us sleep. The shower barely worked and to top it off I found a long hair on my pillow. I think the positive reviews on here must all be fake because this hotel is dirty and dingy. I rarely write reviews even if something isn’t too good but this hotel is absolutely horrible and the reviews are not real. Stay somewhere else

The bed was comfortable and temperature was adjustable. Parking was very convenient to the elevator and our room. The breakfast was good and coffee was delicious.
We were not happy about the condition of the bathroom. Fixtures were old and holes in the wall where the faucets were. The bathtub looked painted and dirty looking. There was no electricity in the outlet so the blowdryer couldn't be used in front of the mirror. I had bug bites after the first night.

For what we paid we got a lot of value for our money. We did not feel unsafe. The check in staff was friendly and made check in easy. The room was clean. It could've used some upkeep in certain areas like the chairs and carpet. But overall we had minimal complaints. We would come back for sure.

Nice stay. The room was nice. They have outside doors so more of a motel than a hotel. I was not expecting this.
