The clerks was friendly the hotel needs an update freshen up the rooms was clean but they need to be updated parking lot was easy to get into had a little trash in it but it was okay

I like the area that this hotel is in. However, I did not like how the door to my room was already open upon entering. In addition, the beds are the softest but decent enough for a night’s stay.

Regular was clean but had some things that attention needed to be brought to which I told the manager when I left and that was the TV reception went in and out the desk chair went all the way to the ground when you sat on it well the lamp shades was broken into pieces and wouldn't hang straight and the bathroom toilet seat moved all over the place other than that it was clean quiet and restful

Sergio at the front desk was very helpful, both on the phone when I was making the reservation and then later when we actually arrived.
Fitness center was minimal and one machine was broken.

The room was very dirty. There was still makeup on the counter and hair. The light switch was filthy. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I don’t even think they changed the sheets. The hallway was absolutely filthy. I don’t think I’ve been vacuumed in weeks as well.. on a good note the check-in was fantastic and the gentleman that helped us was more than friendly and accommodating. But as far as the cleanliness of the hotel if I could read it a zero I would.
