Spotless, beatiful, luxurious room. The staff was the most professional and friedliest i have seen in a long time. Excellent mananagement that was visible and asking if we were pleased with our stay.

So nice to have a healthy breakfast option and evening small meal option with yummy mixed greens and steamed vegetables. You also had fruit, so it was easy to feel good about eating. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was SO FRIENDLY and ACCOMODATING. The sweetest mexican lady was our favorite at breakfast and the dinner run. She was so kind and fun to visit with. We felt like we were at a home away from home. It was our first stay and we go 3x a year. It will definently become our everytime stay. Everyone at the hotel needs a raise for their positive, happy and hospitable attitudes :)

Room and lobby decor was great. Dining area was functional, although decor was rather spartan for this caliber of hotel. It could be made to feel a bit more inviting and comfortable by adding specialty lighting, or new tables, chairs and partitions to create more private, cozy spaces.

Were we exited to end up, after many stays, back in the first room we ever stayed we you! The staff was great as always, with a very smooth check-in

Room was fine but was different than the one I requested, The hotel promised me with free parking to compensate for the change but still waiting for the refund.

The room was absolutely beautiful; the bed was very comfortable.
The valet staff and clerks were all very helpful!
Seth was very cordial.
Mr. Bill with valet...and all others who I can't remember the names of...were very competent on the job.
There was a manager on the 2nd floor making sure that more food was out for the customers...and he was kind, too.
Pancake guy was on top of things!
Perfect place, awesome staff...thank you Drury Inn for the best stay, ever!
