The hallway has a bad smell and I selected to have 1 king bed and I was given 2 doubles full size beds. Not only that, there was a big bug in my bed and I had to wait until the morning to change rooms because there is no staff overnight. The next room I was switched to when night came another bug was crawling inside the bed. Both rooms have a bad smell to it. I will never go back

It smells in the hallways, the rooms are decent during the day then as night comes in the roaches come out. Not sure if the they have a vacuum but the 2 rooms (had to be switched due to roaches) hadnt been vacuumed or wiped down..I bring my own wipes and used almost the entire 70 Clorox wipes between the 2 rooms. There are 2 ladies that deserve and better work environment but have always been kind to me. As for the manager who dashes before I arrive, obviously doesnt accommodate the residents but cancels already paid for reservations (because she couldnt get a hold of me) she can talk on her phone at work where as a great deal of us cannot be reached. Horrible stay, they do not accommodate or reimburse and terminate the roaches on 3 floors of the building

It was a standard extended stay property. Nothing extraordinary, but was clean(ish) and did the trick. I'd stay here again. Much better/safer than some extended stays I've been at. Front Desk Staff was VERY friendly and helpful

My daughter and I were in the area for a concert, and we needed a hotel that had a kitchenette. The price for the weekend was within our budget. However, I would have gladly paid more for a clean place to stay.
The carpets were filthy. Our feet were black after walking across it a few times. There was gum stuck on the lighting fixture next to the bed. There was a 1" gap in the window that I had to fill with paper towels to keep some of the heat/humidity out of the room. There was sticky/stained spots on the cabinets, walls, and appliances. The bathroom had black hairs on the walls, counters, and in the bathtub. The tv didn't work very well and only got local channels. There were dirty lines and clothes in the drawer of the bureau. I think the only clean (albeit stained) thing in the room were the linens.

Cost effective and decent. Customer service was decent, but understaffed as one. person was at the guest relations, laundry, vacuuming and more. They had rooms but looks like restricted to help customer needs to upgrade. We did not chose it for breakfast reason as they don't have much options and they are upfront on it, which is good.
