I called ******* to cancel this hotel even if I had not gotten my money back I would not have stayed at this hotel

I never take the time to write reviews, but this stay was so bad it’s impossible not to. Within minutes of entering the room, we found stained sheets, dirt inside the bed, and chunks of mud on the floor. Clearly, the room hadn’t been cleaned. We requested a refund immediately, yet a week later we still haven’t received it. I would never recommend Super 8 by Wyndham, especially this location in Chadron, Nebraska.

Disgusting, discriminatory hotel
I have a service animal! According to the ADA, I am not to be charged. The person at the front desk refused to let me stay unless I paid $20 for the pet fee. It wasn’t until I stated it was illegal to charge me for him and threatened to report him to the ADA.
In other regards, the hotel was disgusting. It smelled horrendous and was dingy. I have filed a formal complaint with the ADA about the discrimination.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Both rooms were not clean, door latch broke, just wasn’t what we were expecting for our overnight stay. Needs some updating.

Needs shut down
This was horrible! We ended up not even staying it was disgusting! The floors hadn’t been vacuumed in forever, sticky stuff on surfaces, dried pee spots in toilet, AC was broken down and there was still a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived. Very rough crowd coming and going. It needs shut down ASAP

Bad Motel
Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Beds were HARD. Surface counters unclean. No filter on the window air conditioner.
132号房间简直恶心透顶。我连条狗都不会让它住那儿。应该把这楼拆了，换个新的管理团队重新开始。真不敢相信他们竟然还敢收钱让人住这种地方。
这个地方破败不堪，到处杂草丛生，雨水槽都耷拉到地上了。里面脏得令人作呕，房间又旧又脏，浴室也脏得要命。我这辈子都不会再去任何一家速8酒店了，尤其是这家。我给它负20分。
从外面看，这家汽车旅馆似乎已经关门多年，无人居住。所有窗户都蒙着一层雾气，车道和停车场上长满了杂草。
房间还算可以，就是没有制冰机，也没有电视频道。
住在这样一栋破旧的建筑里，感觉很不舒服。
再也不来了……这栋楼应该拆掉。
这家汽车旅馆很旧，一切都过时了，不再配得上速8。
早餐从早上 6 点开始供应。但咖啡只有在早上 6:30 提出要求后才能提供。没有黄油。冰淇淋机坏了。
