两星级酒店,五星级体验
我之前在一次旅行中住过另一家两星级酒店,现在感觉简直是天壤之别,我只能说,哇,真是天壤之别。这里一尘不染,员工热情友好,乐于助人——酒店清洁本来就是一项非常艰巨的工作——但他们总是让你感到宾至如归,绝不会觉得你是个麻烦。我百分之百会再次入住。谢谢!
这是我们整个旅程中住过的最小的房间。房间又脏又乱,地毯脏得要命!几乎找不到前台有人帮忙。酒店位于一个破旧的街区,即使有GPS导航也很难找到。
我们原本安排的房间不太干净。垃圾桶里还残留着别人吃剩的麦当劳,浴室的地板和台面上也散落着一些毛巾和纸巾。我们去前台要求换一间房,前台的女士非常友善热情,帮我们安排了另一间房。床单的一面有一块奇怪的深红色污渍(可能是血迹),但因为时间太晚了,我们只好处理了一下,然后把床单翻了过来。所以,我对酒店的清洁度印象不太好,不过工作人员态度很好。
我们需要一楼的无障碍客房,但房间已经订满了。她尝试换房,但联系了经理后也没能换成。后来,她帮我们换房的客人来办理入住手续,她问他们是否愿意换,他们同意了!她做得太棒了!十星好评!
电视机无法使用,尽管我们拿到了三个装有新电池的遥控器。淋浴间里没有洗发水。早餐低于平均水平。房卡试了大约十次才打开门。
房间不错。我们住的套房带一个大按摩浴缸。泳池和热水浴缸需要翻新。热水浴缸里没有注满水。大堂和早餐区也需要翻新。总的来说,我们对这次住宿很满意。
当我们在外面收拾垃圾的时候。
我们看了看热水浴缸,发现它坏了。我们问了前台,她说他们没有热水浴缸。当我们进一步询问拿铁咖啡时,她说它坏了,而且非常不耐烦,对我妻子脾气很暴躁。我们取消了住宿,换了另一家酒店。
这家酒店离I-15公路很近,所以可能会有点吵,但实际上还不错。晚饭后水压很差,热水供应也很差。前台下午6点提供新鲜出炉的饼干,这点很贴心,也让这家酒店与众不同。最后,考虑到酒店设施“老旧”,每晚的价格有点高。
他们把我们的房间给了别人
我早上预订了房间,晚上10点左右到达,他们说因为我们早上6点就到了,所以把我们的房间给了别人。这真是令人沮丧,前台的女士也不太乐于助人。
