The entire hotel smelled of rot and mildew. This used to be a great hotel. We booked several months in advance. When we arrived, that room was not available. I found the garbage can just outside out room collecting dripping water from the ceiling very attractive (it was not raining) The smell, it was awful. We did not stay.

Had a great stay! The hotel was spacious and quiet. We also loved the restaurant for breakfast. There was also a close Irish bar on the corner that was a convenient distance.

Great staff but hotel needs some cosmetic updating overall. Looking a little rundown. Got a corner suite upgrade after heater was stuck on in our first room. No bar or restaurant but they do put out water all day and coffee in the morning.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Room was very quiet but a bit dated. Location was incredibly convenient as it is central in the French Quarter, and I was very quiet given this. The pool did not look nearly as blue and clean as in the photos so did not use it, though others did. I was a bit disappointed in this as I was visiting from the Northeast and was excited to take advantage of the beautiful weather! Water pressure in the shower was also a bit low. Overall had a very good experience. Also- not a huge deal and this may have just been me not looking hard enough, but I didn’t see the hot tub that is advertised.

Room was nice but outdated. Air conditioning was almost non existent. Customer service is good when you first arrive, but changes when you’re there for a few days. Was getting stuff ready to leave for checkout at 12:00pm and was rudely rushed by the housekeeper on our floor at 10:00am. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re wanting a true 5 star experience. There’s better options.

酒店很老旧,也不是很干净,但离法国区只有几步之遥。女服务员们虽然乐于助人,但同时也很吵闹,她们大喊大叫、唱歌,还旁若无人地聊着自己的事情,好像在家里一样。早上你不得不在七点半到八点之前就被吵醒。
到达后,我们被告知需要支付220美元的“押金”,退房后7-10天退还。30天前确认的预订是每间房75美元(150美元)。我们回到房间,发现只有半卷厕纸,马桶底部有很多长头发。没有时钟,没有洗发水,只有沐浴露、护发素和椰子润肤露。女儿的房间看起来不错,还有一个小冰箱……我们的房间没有。
我们还以为餐厅每天都营业,但实际上并非如此,它直到周四才开放晚餐。周五(我们退房的那天)的早餐还不错。对酒店整体非常失望,尤其是浴室。以后不会再来这家酒店了。
