位置还不错,但酒店很脏,房间也很脏。床是坏的,淋浴间脏兮兮的。房间里有股难闻的气味,本来应该是无烟房,结果味道太重了,我不得不盖着毯子睡觉。
房间对于住一晚来说还行。位置也可以,走到爱达荷瀑布有点距离。
温馨舒适的地方。前台服务很好,姑娘们都很有礼貌也很乐于助人。推荐!
房间有点旧了,卫生间没有门,空调噪音很大。

首先,前台工作人员Katrina对待顾客和其他员工的方式绝对应该被解雇。我们入住时房间下午3点还没准备好。他们告诉我们还要30到60分钟才能准备好,然后给我们安排了另一间房。他们给我们安排的第一个房间地板上长满了令人作呕的东西,根本就没打扫过。我们安排的第二个房间打扫得还不错,但没有烟雾探测器或灭火器。她声称这个房间的价格和我们预订的房间一样,尽管我们预订的房间应该有阳台,但这个房间没有。她坚决不肯把价格改成和她安排给我们的阳台一样。当我们要求额外的毛巾和枕头时,她态度很恶劣,只给我们毛巾,不给枕头。这里的早餐一点也不好。我们不得不多次去拿房间钥匙,因为他们总是突然就不干活了。安保措施很差,门总是锁不上。停车场的灯完全不亮,所以我们带服务犬出去上厕所的时候,周围一片漆黑。她还试图向我们收取服务犬的费用,而且对服务犬的相关法律一无所知。我去看看夜班的前台工作人员杰奎琳,她处理停电时表现得非常出色。她处理得非常专业。在了解了我们经历的一切,以及停电事件之后,她最终给了我们一笔退款。
