The first thing that didn’t go right was the heater was broken. They fixed enough that it would heat up the room but there was no temperature control. I had to then in turn get up repeatedly to adjust the heating in the room. It was just asked if I would be willing to adjust and I said yes only because moving rooms once I have gather my family in the one I was assigned to it is rather difficult with some health issues, hence one of the reasons I asked for ground level room and easy access to the outside. Anyways finally got settled into the room more and I as willing to let the heat thing slide and would write a review like I am now, but wait there is more, I go to turn the TV on cause for some reason I can’t sleep unless the TV is on only when I stay on hotel/motels and the TV will not turn on! I took thirty min trying to figure out why this getto ass TV is locked in solitary confinement and so I am like fine, I will call the front desk again to come fix the TV that will not turn on. I know these are not the cheapest ions you can find in town and they are not the most expensive either. It is really sad when the 2 things that you expect to have working when renting out a room do not work or do not work properly, I think something should be said. I would not be offended one bit if I was even offered some kind of a return of more than then we will take 5-10% off your bill cause I am not looking for anyone to offer to pay my taxes for the bill. The hotel is ok, Lobby area is welcoming, but room is in poor condition, not very clean, there is foamy caulk around the tub that looks like spit, also hair just mopped into the corners, tooth paste on the mirror frame. Sink faucet looks like it hasn't been wiped down for awhile. Had to ask for a few items that were not stocked in the room and did not get refills for the second night we stayed. The Pool was nice and the water was warm. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Price was decent for what we got.

The room was not very clean and kinda cold with the vynyl floors. The toiles rocked and the tub had a ring in it of dirty stuff.
The staff was very kind and courteous. I did sleep well on the bed.

The room itself was fine. However anything we needed and called the front desk for (towels, toilet paper, shampoo) they made us come to the desk to get it instead of delivering to our room. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. The breakfast was subpar.

I’ve never had a bad experience here until my most recent visit.
The floor was so sticky, my shoes were sticking to it. The shower head didn’t work, and none of the outlets were working. The elevator was disgusting with crumbs, and broken mints. There were Cheeto crumbs outside the elevator door for the entirety of the 1 night visit I was there. The staff were so friendly though! I’m hoping it was just the room I was in, but it was not a great visit this time.

位置还不错,但酒店很脏,房间也很脏。床是坏的,淋浴间脏兮兮的。房间里有股难闻的气味,本来应该是无烟房,结果味道太重了,我不得不盖着毯子睡觉。
房间对于住一晚来说还行。位置也可以,走到爱达荷瀑布有点距离。
温馨舒适的地方。前台服务很好,姑娘们都很有礼貌也很乐于助人。推荐!
