Nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet!
This hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. If I had to guess it was an older hotel that had recently been remodeled. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We just stayed one night after attending a local wedding. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Horrible customer service
This was for my daughter’s 14th birthday party. Before booking, I called the hotel and made sure that when I book the double suite room that the pool would be open and it would be OK to have a little birthday party with my daughter’s friends there. They reassured me everything would be fine and yes. After arrival and checking in, we get told the pool is closed due to drain problems. That they had known weeks prior that it would be, but we got no notifications or anything. Even though I personally called in to reassure the pool and amenities would be good. After being five hours away from home, I was stuck with a group of teenage girls and nothing to do and it wasn’t budgeted for anything else. That’s why we got their top-notch biggest room and made a plans to do the pool party. I was told that I would get a phone call by the manager. I receive nothing. I’ve called six times and I still haven’t been able to talk to anybody but the front desk I’ve got names and numbers but still nobody has reached back out or even talk to me.. it’s now been since August 22 and still nothing.

Excellent hotel
A little hesitant due to some not so good reviews, but we found it to be clean, friendly and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I love they have an area for pets to potty and walk they provided bags for clean up. Pool was unfortunately closed due to being cloudy and a bit windy understandable. My children were very comfortable and excited at how roomy it was everything well placed . Would definitely reccomend and go again. Breakfast was approved by the family very enjoyable stay.

My phone didn't work but I honestly don't use hotel phones so that is not a big deal. The cleaning staff were great. The front desk staff were great. They had a decent snack selection. The breakfast was marginal. The food was not always very fresh. The biggest issue for me was the toilet seat that was very loose and I told the cleaning staff and the front desk about it but maintenance never came to fix it or even look at it.

Most of the treadmills don't work. the dumbbells have all been stolen except the 35 and 40 lbs which doesn't work for me. Pool was padlocked closed. Guys were drinking and smoking right at the entrance of hotel when we pulled up.
