Yes the room was clean. The beds were comfortable, the heater worked great. The TV remote didn't work but my husband found the controls on the TV. The desk clerk said, why didn't you call and get a new remote for the TV? We were told about a breakfast but didn't see anything when we went to check out and was not told that it was in a different room or where it was at. The water had a big chlorine smell to it. The room numbers on the outside by the doors are to small to read in the dark with the lights on.
We had a good stay for the night.

Bad communications upon check-in. Toilet problem when flushing. Handle would stick and keep running. When front desk was called. were told to push button (reallly??). figured out had to wait until filled than push up handle that was stuck down. Then noticed a plunger, must have been a troublesome toilet. Why not fix it?

My room had holes in walls. Everything was falling apart. It was horrible I could hardly get the shower water on and off because the shower knobs were all broke and falling off. There was no door on the bedroom area.

综合来说还可以,位置在大马路边上,有点吵,卫生还好,早餐简单但是有冷食也有热食,咖啡,吃饱没问题,前台态度不错
房间本身相当干净整洁。但房子里杂草丛生,到处都是。停车场杂草丛生,遮住了人行道。早餐质量很差,因为工作人员说破损的物品“价格太高”。如果能认真清洁一下,这家酒店会更好。

我觉得我不应该对这个价格抱有更高的期望,但这里真是糟糕透了。我得去前台自取厕纸,淋浴间没有肥皂,门锁坏了,房间里的椅子也坏了——差点掉下来。床上有头发——颜色不合我意,停车场里到处都是垃圾。早餐是省钱的一点,但我以后再也不会来了。
房间还行,但泳池关闭了一次。
房间和我们之前住过几次一样,完全符合预期。然而,最近两次泳池/热水浴缸都关闭了,预订时并没有告知。我们付完房费后才发现它已经关闭,这让我们很失望。如果知道的话,我们会预订另一家酒店。
