Air conditioner was not functioning properly. Asked for another room, but they insisted maintenence staff would come. He jiggled the knobs until a compressor kickwd on and told us not to touch since it was "working." AIt came on and off all night, but never cooled!! Worst night in a hotel in a long time. Plus, the pet fee was $25 and they added another $6.95 "sanitation fee". Ridiculous charge. My animal was cleaner than the hotel. Very disappointed. Uncomfortable stsy, false pricing

The carpet stunk. Very moldy smelling. There were holes in the walls. The shower head squirted water in all directions soaking the entire bathroom. Only 1 small trash between the room and bathroom. This place is very run down.

Happy with our stay
We were there for 3 days. Had no problems. Slept well. Very clean for an old building. Loved the waffles for breakfast. The coffee was excellent.

Take my money
I was concerned when I arrived, the lobby smelled very bad and I though it may carry over into the room but it did not. The room was GREAT and comfortable.
My only negative note was they did not accept cash. WHY?
