I booked 3 rooms. One room had no door handle on the inside, no pillows on the beds, floors weren’t swept or mopped, there was also no toilet paper in the rest room. Front desk gave me another room, that room had no pillows on the bed and no towels. Front desk gave me 3 pillows with no pillow cases. A second room, had no lights in the restroom and the water did not work. The cleanliness of the rooms is terrible. Dirt and hair everywhere. Definitely do not recommend staying at this motel.

Absolutely awful. Needle on the floor. Room hadn’t been cleaned. Soap was on the floor. Only had pillows on one bed and they were propped up like someone had been leaning on them against the wall. We left after two minutes. You couldn’t pay me enough to sleep there. On top of that it’s right on the highway and loud as anything.

工作人员非常粗鲁。客户服务非常糟糕。房间又臭又脏，根本没法住。床铺没有整理好。地板上有头发。前台女孩非常不友好。我要求退款。仍在等待退款。房间里还有人在吸烟。

前台的那位女士于 2023 年 10 月 13 日星期五晚上工作，她是一位优秀的员工。非常尊重和感谢她坚持工作，在房间完全超额预订、房间没有检查的情况下独自为客人办理入住手续，并忍受一家似乎完全不尊重员工和客户的公司和/或管理层。
因为她连续第三个班次独自工作，所以没有人帮助客人办理入住手续。尽管她尽了一切努力，但我们还是等了大约一个小时才办理入住手续。
两张床上的床单上都有干液，一张床上有一根头发，床单肯定没有换过。
房间里唯一能用的灯是浴室，其他灯都闪烁得很厉害，或者根本就不亮。
在我看来，房间的状况至少有 20-30 年的历史了，没有维护。所以一切都令人失望。
另一位客人拒绝入住，因为当她入住无烟房时，“房间里到处都是烟味，所有家具和床上用品都有烧焦痕迹”。
这家酒店明显不尊重员工的工作条件和客房清洁培训，也完全不尊重顾客。
