The property is just so run down and looks worse than the pictures. My room was not clean, the baseboards looks so gross and like they had never been cleaned. The floor under the beds and tables etc all had dirt and the room smelled gross.

They charged 50 to my account as a security fee and told me that i had to make sure i asked for a refund in the morning. The bathroom had used toiletries, hair in the bathtub, and clothing and dirty towels on the back of the door. The remote control was sitting on a sticky substance on the table, and there was pet food on the floor. Counter staff was friendly.

Had plenty of furniture in a small room, but it was dirty. Outside was not kept up, pool not open and didn't look like it would be anytime soon.

The premises appeared poorly kept. We were told there were no king rooms available when we had just made the reservations several hours before arriving. No notice of the room not being available was sent to us to prevent us from stopping unnecessarily at 11:00PM. We then had to find a room at that late hour in an unfamiliar area. Very disappointed to know Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this type of service.

I’m not sure that I have ever stayed in a worse place. Creaky floor boards, dirty shower, 1/2 used lotion on the counter. But….at least the BROWN water came out at low pressure.
