For this hotel to be a fairly newly built hotel…not only was the lobby the only thing that looked decent and welcoming but I was definitely not happy with our stay. The elevator was scary, their was holes in the walls, the bathroom had a leak under the sink, the shower head was loose, the carpet looked really bad, all night and day we could only hear the carwash and the lady that checked me in was rude! I’m so disappointed.

The host, Jacqueline, at check-in was amazing! Very friendly and helpful with restaurant menus that were near by. The pool was was clean and perfect for exercising after a long drive. The room was a little dated and the mattress a little lumpy. Other staff workers were also friendly and helpful and seemed to enjoy their job.

While the property is a bit past its prime, it is good value for the money. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This reservation was incorrect. I am trying to get this refunded as we are moving from Michigan to Texas and made the reservation. Didn’t realize it was the day before we would be there until ******* sent an email asking how our stay was. Needless to say I went numb. I just need my refund and would like to talk to someone

I came to Blytheville to visit family. I stayed for 2 nights. On the second night the elevator broke and I was staying on the 3rd floor. I have had some surgeries which make it hard for me to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The girl at the front desk, Kiara, went above and beyond. She found me a room on the 1st floor and then moved all my belongings from the third floor to the first floor. She is amazing!

The alight didnt work to room lamp or restroom . Tv internet was down buttons disnt wanna work on remote . Bed and pillows were comfortable.

There was a dead roach in our room when we arrived. The beds were pretty uncomfortable as well, but the staff were all very nice!!
