I had a medical emergency last month, so I therefore I had to attempt to cancel.I canceled my trip and I was told there was a non refundable payment.Not only did I do the deposit.I had paid for the entire days in advance, I am sorry I did that and didn't wait too well when I got there because they were not allowing me to have a refund, they said it was non refundable when I canceled

An old hot tub for sure , ladies were great behind front desk. Balcony looked over closed pool and road. Really no view of nothing. I don’t know about the staff that cleans rooms . Side table near bed had stains on it for 3 days till I wiped it off and ran out of nose tissue and had to ask after room was supposed to be done. Maybe a un-qualified maid staff. I don’t really know if she changed sheets for the my 5 day stay. I did look me the desk staff except for one that needs to shake the grouchyness look off his face. But others wise it was fare game. 1 out of ten? I would give it a 7 .

Convenient location. Staff were not friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast had no options for dietary restrictions. Great cafe “The Mariner” close by though.
Overall, a good place if you want a safe and clean place to sleep in.

Their continental breakfast had more options than other hotels I’ve booked! Loved the breakfast choices! We enjoyed the food and our stay. Cozy and clean beds and our room ac worked perfectly!

总体不错，床够大，房间带阳台，可以呼吸海边空气，离海边还有点小距离，看不到海听不到海涛声。
位置极佳，干净整洁，员工有礼貌。
这家连锁酒店依然保持着老套的风格。房间确实很宽敞，但周围都是邻居和过道里的人。床上用品很舒适，夏天炎热的时候空调也很不错。
早餐据说是欧陆式的，但只有一种面包、一种松饼和两种热餐可供选择，种类有点有限。最棒的是新鲜出炉的华夫饼。我推荐住一两晚，但不适合长期入住。
非常脏，不干净。我们没有入住就离开了。我们被拒绝退款。酒店入口处的客服服务非常差。我不推荐这家酒店。
