Good for the value.
Staff was friendly and room was clean and quiet. Average on the comfort level. We had a room in the adjoining building above the breakfast area, so we woke up daily to a greasy smell (probably from them cooking the food). Would stay again but would request a room in the main building.

worst stay in a hotel I've ever had!
the room smelled like old socks. I believe the odor came from the bed which smelled like either someone sweated in it for a very long time, or vomited in it or died in it. needed to keep my head on a pillow lying on my back. woke multiple times when sleeping when my face rested on the sheets - was like smelling salts. not at all restful.

我们在这家酒店住过很多次，感觉还不错，没什么特别的。这次的房间闻起来像霉味地毯。早餐很丰盛，但塑料杯和塑料餐具很便宜。勺子都变形了，几乎装不下我想吃的燕麦粥。塑料杯太薄了！这次住宿最棒的是淋浴！太棒了。拉特兰的房价贵得离谱。
员工很棒，房间一般。住一晚还不错。
前台非常友好，乐于助人。酒店设施有点老旧，有点霉味，但也不至于太糟糕。床很不舒服——是我睡过的最差的酒店床之一。墙壁和天花板上有一些污渍，但浴室一尘不染。泳池干净整洁，除了地面上有一些油漆碎片。热水浴缸很干净，但明显有些旧了。地理位置优越，所有员工都非常友好。
这家酒店简直就是个垃圾场，工作人员和这附近其他好酒店一样，都清楚这一点。总经理口头承诺全额退款，但至今仍未看到退款打到我的银行账户。所以，这家酒店真是糟糕透顶，竟然不“加快”退款速度，这家垃圾酒店已经收到退款了。
