酒店回复: Dear Heather,No breakfast was provided, the parking lot stunk like something died outside, AI pics were definitely used for this hotel/inn, and there was very shady customer service that tried to charge me again for a room on the day of arrival, saying they had no reservation from ******* and did not receive any $$ from them. He tried to get me to pay for the room again when he saw I was from out of town and our party was two young females. Would NOT recommend, period.Sincerely, Hotel Manager

床单很脏,墙上的油漆脱落,地板也很脏,浴缸和瓷砖之间的淋浴间有个洞,淋浴间上方的石膏板也掉了,他们只是刷了油漆(非常不平整)。入住时,服务员要求我支付50美元的现金押金,我只有100美元,问他能不能换成100美元,他说“这里没有现金”,什么收据都拿不到。
没有提供早餐,停车场臭气熏天,就像外面死了什么东西一样,这家酒店/旅馆的照片绝对是用AI拍的,客服态度也非常恶劣,我到店当天就想再次收房费,说他们没有在*******预订,也没收到任何钱。他看到我是外地人,而且我们一行只有两个年轻女性,就想让我再次付房费。绝对不推荐。
我在规定时间到前台办理了入住手续后,走进房间发现工作人员正在房间里吃东西。他们让我等五分钟再回来。房间里弥漫着食物的味道,还有苍蝇。工作人员很粗鲁。房间和周围环境都令人作呕。如此糟糕的体验,却如此昂贵的价格。我甚至没有住下,而是花钱去别的地方住了。
还可以,住一晚就够了。
房间很干净,床垫也不错,员工也很友好。我们的房间在走廊尽头,所以听不到太多街上车辆的噪音。外观看起来像一家普通的街边汽车旅馆。缺点是,走廊尽头有个不顾他人感受的男人在抽烟,所以烟都飘进了我们的房间。
没有虫子或污渍。味道确实不好闻。热水不稳定。晚上在房间里出去感觉不安全。不过,如果你不想在塞勒姆住一晚700美元,这里是个便宜的选择。话虽如此,房间价格应该只有塞勒姆的一半。
房间本来就不干净,我们把床单拉开,发现从毯子到床垫都脏了。真是恶心极了。工作人员除了换了几张新的床单来弥补不便外,没有提供任何帮助。正在等待退款。
房间里有蟑螂,一对夫妇整晚都在外面抽烟,天知道他们在干什么。整晚都在活动。门好像锁不严,而且价格贵得离谱,我才不会花50美元住那个房间。
浴室门关不严。浴室通风口没有盖。衣柜里没有衣架。没有咖啡机。有微波炉,但没有微波炉专用的热水杯。街道非常嘈杂繁忙。
