This was the worst stay I had. I tried to extend my stay and they said no. You have to leave. You are from Spring valley and that is not more than 50 miles away. What is the difference? Is my money no good?

The staff was very friendly and helped us find a close restaurant. Comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

No working key.
I was give two keys for toom 300 tried both multipe times.
Went down to desk, they rekeyed them
Tried again it failed. The desk attendant then used a metal key to open it. Held the door open and said there you go.. ummm yea
So i had no working key. He would get someone to fix it in the morning.. didnt feel like fighting so just went in, but then felt couldnt go down for breakfast or outside, as i had noway of getting back in.

Shopping OK. Did not use hot tub. Our room was an accessible retrofit. I could not get the shower faucet to mix water temperatures. Hot or cold only. The sliding barn door to the bathroom came off its track and needed 2 able bodied adults to put it back. The breakfast was very limited and did not include anything high fiber except generic raisin bran. Yogurt was a bright spot.
The desk clerk was quite helpful when we had voice calling issues with both our phones.

The pool hasn'tbeen open the last two times I stayed there. The exercise room was locked and the desk attendant could not find the key to open it.

Upgraded for a balcony and had no balcony blanket had hair in it and the lady that checked us in couldn’t get off her phone to help me

The manager on duty was super nice, thorough, and helpful. Made you feel welcome. Room was clean and comfortable.

We switched to this hotel after having issues with your other hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming here. A little more options for breakfast would be nice.
