The first room had a weird smell and a clock that didn't work. The second trip and room was not much better for smell but in the bathroom. The bed was way to soft.

Yes the room was clean, staff was very helpful, great simple breakfast, kids really felt comfortable and cozy, and pool room was nice and water was warm :)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Door to balcony would not open. Breakfast was good and options were good. Area was clean. The property just needed to be updated. Paint was peeling in places. Facilities were adaquate for our purposes but would not to stay there all week. If you are going to Mayo it is close and they have a shuttle.

Went through online pre-check in (input cc info, uploaded photo of my ID, input address/phone/etc) to streamline the process just to have to do it all again upon arrival as well. Can hear every noise from every other neighboring room, bathrooms have little privacy behind sliding barn doors with 3-4” gaps on either side. Distinct smell of the room.

This was the worst stay I had. I tried to extend my stay and they said no. You have to leave. You are from Spring valley and that is not more than 50 miles away. What is the difference? Is my money no good?

No working key.
I was give two keys for toom 300 tried both multipe times.
Went down to desk, they rekeyed them
Tried again it failed. The desk attendant then used a metal key to open it. Held the door open and said there you go.. ummm yea
So i had no working key. He would get someone to fix it in the morning.. didnt feel like fighting so just went in, but then felt couldnt go down for breakfast or outside, as i had noway of getting back in.

These people at Baymont Wyndham are doing a very good job of it. I will be back in December.
