Staff is very friendly but the property itself I would not recommend. My room upon arrival was not as advertised. I was under the impression I’d be receiving wooden floors because that is what I was shown upon booking, I came in to moldy smelling carpet. There was a stain on the front door that looked like someone killed a bug and left it. Gross. Closet door was chipped, the best part was the staff and the hot water. Other than that I don’t plan to revisit this property.

酒店非常干净，装修很好看，床也很舒服。位置绝佳，走到法国区和密西西比河都不用10分钟。附近设施便利，有很多餐厅和吃早餐的地方。前台接待热情，员工都很友善。强烈推荐！
酒店周边很多商场，很多美食街！价格实在，房间很好，大堂很大，特别舒服，干净，前台服务很好！出差过来，连续住几天！周边对比了一下，价格绝对最便宜，性价比最高的
酒店整体不错，酒吧生意兴隆。可惜的是，隔音效果不佳，空调也时好时坏。
客户服务绝对一流。甚至还赠送了葡萄酒。
糟糕透顶的体验。经理玛丽简直是个噩梦。她完全不尊重客人，也不尊重客人的隐私。房间糟透了，什么都坏了，电视坏了，电话也坏了，到处都很脏，地毯上还有呕吐物的污渍。换了房间，结果更糟。浴室门关不上，冰箱也坏了，没有热水，还有好几只蟑螂！我预付了房费，结果入住时又被收取了1200美元。我花了一个小时才解决这个问题。他们取消了这笔费用，现在又给我收了1500美元，外加一笔500美元的莫名其妙的费用。脏床单被扔在走廊里。工作人员还不停地在我们房间外面大喊大叫。
工作人员噪音太大
