酒店回复: Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez pu découvrir l'agitation de notre grande ville et que notre hôtel ait pu vous faire passer un excellent moment ici.
Excellent location for French Quarter and getting round N O. Comfy bed, good facilities, iron and board appreciated. Slightly disappointed that coffee pods and makeup wipes were not replenished during 3 night stay and WiFi in room was poor on occasion. However overall the pluses outweighed the minor inconveniences and we’d stay there again. Staff all lovely!!

This is a great hotel. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant. It is very tiny and the options are limited, and they were out of several things. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The hotel decor is very nice and staff is very friendly. The hotel is close to everything. Valet is pricey but that happens everywhere.

Worse valet ever
Delaying us 30 minutes on the street every time on purpose. Very bad attitude and bad valet service. I highly recommend to use public parkings

酒店非常干净，装修很好看，床也很舒服。位置绝佳，走到法国区和密西西比河都不用10分钟。附近设施便利，有很多餐厅和吃早餐的地方。前台接待热情，员工都很友善。强烈推荐！
酒店周边很多商场，很多美食街！价格实在，房间很好，大堂很大，特别舒服，干净，前台服务很好！出差过来，连续住几天！周边对比了一下，价格绝对最便宜，性价比最高的
工作人员噪音太大
酒店位置优越，员工很有魅力，但我们在一楼的房间住了一周，有点不方便，所以会受到城市的噪音干扰，不过，我们的房间对面就是女仆的办公室，从早上 7 点开始，办公室里就充斥着笑声、大声说话的声音以及各种音频对话。简而言之，我们感觉工作人员就住在我们的房间里，而且还有早起的额外福利。请注意，狂欢节期间酒店已满员……
有一天，下午 3:45 打扫卫生还没完成，我们回去换衣服，30 分钟后，有人在我们小睡时出现了。结果，对于这个房间的价格来说，没有打扫卫生，这是很勉强的。
