Everything was great, except the air conditioner was extremely loud. It made it very hard to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Wonderful!
Front desk was very nice & friendly. The room was big and clean.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pillows were the best.
It’s in a very convenient location for downtown Scottsdale, and I felt very safe.

Great, except breakfast
Front desk staff were excellent. Rooms were nice. Several little areas we could see trim was coming off etc but overall condition was nice. Breakfast was lacking (no coffee, waffles only on certain days because the batter wasn't "ordered right")

Overall it was a nice stay. When we first check in our room wasn’t cleaned. But the front desk gladly helped us with a different room. No fuss or nothing. The service was great. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
