头发/鼻涕/耳垢/血液=我们识别出的体液
这是我住过的最脏的酒店。这是我们第一次走进房间时的情况：
枕头和毯子上，以及马桶和座椅的背面都有头发，颜色都很黑。
除了头发，马桶侧面还有两根明显用过的棉签。非常脏。
一张床上方的天花板上有一块血迹，第二张床后面的墙上到处都是污渍，可能是任何东西。此外，床头板上有一个大污渍，人们只能想象污渍的来源。窗户的门闩上还有一块血淋淋的鼻屎。我希望我是在开玩笑！！！！
冰箱有破损的零件，天知道里面洒了什么食物，冰柜里还有两个发霉的冰块托盘。
房间里所有家具的抽屉以及厨房的橱柜里也覆盖着各种长度和颜色的头发。
可拉出的床垫简直就是一场噩梦。到处都是洞，大约 2.5 英寸厚，而且完全是棕色的，所以睡在那里的人很讨厌，只能折叠起来睡在沙发上。
床头柜后面的插头很容易起火/触电。即使轻轻推一下，它也会像打火机一样发出火花。
除此之外，客户服务总体上不满意。当被要求提供毛巾或床上用品时，员工们态度冷淡、粗鲁，一天早上我们离开时，大厅里发生了一场公开的争吵。

我们在晚上 7:30 左右入住，进入房间后发现地毯上有一只死虫。我们只是把它扔掉了，认为它死了没什么大不了的。接下来我们看到地板上又有几只虫子在爬，我们仔细一看，它们是蟑螂。我打电话给前台，她向我们道了歉，并提出给我们换到另一间有一张床的房间。我们一共 5 个人，我们想如果一间房间里有蟑螂，另一间可能也有。我们要求退款，那位女士同意了，前台很棒，她感到非常抱歉。我们离开时，我们在床上看到了小蟑螂。我们最终退房并预订了万豪酒店。
