Staff was AMAZING. They went above and beyond for us. Room was not well cleaned, basic supplies were not provided, bed was uncomfortable, pillows were of poor quality.

Old Rooms, not really kept up, kitchen cabinets were sticky, people were living in the parking lot.
Its pretty Ghetto.
My son was playing in the pool at 11am and someone came out of their room and told him to keep it down.
Breakfast was only a few limited options.

At check in they required both my ID and my wife’s. The photographed the front and back of our IDs.
When we go to our room we found housekeeping left three huge bags of garage piled in front of our door that we had to live to get inside. The garbage was still there two hour later.
The water was shut off when we arrived, which they did not mention at check-in. We had no water and could not get ready for our night out.
I called Extended Stay’s corporate customer service and it was a call center in India. They did nothing for us and had no record of my first calls when I called back.
I could have stayed at the Hilton for the same price, big mistake.

Poor condition. Didn't have towels or tissues on certain days when asked. Laundry room is disfunctional and the staff can't help because it's managed by a different company.

Avoid this Extended Stay unless you want to spend a night at the Old Bates motel from the movie Psycho.. gives you a feeling of a rusty 70s road side motel.. the only positive thing about our stay was that the location is really close to Fashion Square.. Lady at the front desk while checking in was really friendly though.

厨房设施不全,我到的时候只有煎锅、平底锅、两个盘子、三把叉子、一把勺子和两把刀。没有的有:杯子、咖啡壶、烤面包机、烹饪用具、抹布和洗涤剂。也没有吹风机。浴缸没有扶手或防滑垫。房间很干净。
