2nd time ive stayed here and once again enjoyed my stay! convient location with 2 restaurants attached, a pool area and small gym. check in is easy and i enjoy the morning breakfast selection offered near the lobby. also very close to the MayoClinic with a shuttle available.

For an older hotel, this was nice. There is an attached bar/grill to the hotel which was actually good, and hotel guests receive a discounted rate. Staff were very nice and accommodating to the needs around our stay.

My room was clean and everything was in working condition but was in need of updates. For example, the hook on the bathroom door was broken off and was painted over but not replaced with a new one.
The photos of the pool and pool play area looked amazing! The reality however, was far from what the photos showed. The water feature didn't work, the grab handles to get into and out of the pool were so loose we couldn't trust them. The water itself looked and smelled fresh and clean but the pool needed to be drained, cleaned and painted.
Most of your staff was wonderful! Our questions were answered and needs met. However, one staff member was looking at his phone while on duty at the desk and didn't pay attention to us when we approached until we spoke to get his attention. Not acceptable!

The room was perfectly clean, though small. Comfortable beds, decent pool with generous hours. Check in and check out were fast and easy; we didn’t interact much with the staff, but they were competent and as helpful as we needed them to be.

Rooms show wear and the beds are not comfy. Bedframe corners stick further out than the mattress so I have horrible bruises on my legs from hitting the bedframe as I walked past. Bathrooms are cheaply done. Pool was nice and warm which was a plus. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel had amazing food and was the best part of our stay.

We have a work project in Rochester do we have spent a few nights in the area. This is now out favorite hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are great with 3 pillows. Best yet, we walk down stairs to the attached Crooked Pint for supper. Can't get better than great food and a beverage. Will return. Also great STAFF at the desk.

The property is old and tired. When we requested towels for the pool, none were delivered and we were forced to leave the pool area wet.
