The room is very cold unless the heat stays on. The thermostat doesn’t appear to work, even when the room is very warm; the heat continues even though set at only 67 degrees.

The room and bathroom was much larger than I expected! Breakfast provided high-protein options that I could eat which I appreciated. The area was very quiet and peaceful!

The front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful. Nothing was dirty, per se, but it feels run down. The furniture, carpeting, paint and everything are all really dated and worn. Walls and doors are scuffed and chipped. It looks clear that the ownership hasn't invested in it - it's overdue for a major renovation.
Also be aware it is a little tricky to reach and is sandwiched between the interstate and a busy state highway - not a spot you want to hang out on the patio.
Seems like it's just filling a niche of a cheap place to stay before an early appointment at Mayo.

Very clean, and decent place. Employees seem to be doing thier own thing. Said morning....nothing, thanked a staff and he kept talking to someone else & grabbed my key and looked away.

Internet was out when I got there and still was when I went to bed—-so very specifically requested a 6:00 a.m. wake call as I had to be at Mayo by 7:00—no wake call I was late for appt. They will be able to accommodate me but much later in the day.
Fit to be tied.

热水浴缸、游泳池和桑拿房都不能用，我们的电视也坏了，折腾了好久才找到一个能用的遥控器。早餐的土豆颜色发紫，看起来很吓人。我们四个人一起旅行，早餐后有两个人都生病了。我们修电视的时候，不得不挪动电视机，结果发现电视机后面积满了灰尘，令人作呕。我们大概每年都来这里，已经持续了15年，但这里的服务质量却每况愈下。
