Enjoyed our recent stay at the Country Inn and Suites. We were greeted upon arrival, efficiently checked in, and informed of the hotel amenities and morning breakfast. Staff was also able to easily locate a lost item we will be retrieving in a few days. Really appreciate the system that effectively located our lost item.

Never stay here again
Messy. Carpet stained. Low water pressure. Toilet does not flush correctly. Construction is loud. Gap under door. No warning of construction. Air conditioning does not work correctly.

The staff at check-in was very helpful in terms of making the process quick and easy. Answering questions. And helping to locate a nearby restaurant that was outstanding. Everything appeared to be operational. The breakfast was good for myself and grandsons and when I requested items for the room, the person on duty brought them up promptly with an excellent attitude.

All of the staff was very helpful, from housekeeping, the front desk, and the "chef" preparing the breakfast. It makes a big impact on the guests experience to have great hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable staff to interact with. Kudos to your team!

It was in a quiet area. It had free coffee 24/7. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Everythingvelse was great.

热水浴缸、游泳池和桑拿房都不能用，我们的电视也坏了，折腾了好久才找到一个能用的遥控器。早餐的土豆颜色发紫，看起来很吓人。我们四个人一起旅行，早餐后有两个人都生病了。我们修电视的时候，不得不挪动电视机，结果发现电视机后面积满了灰尘，令人作呕。我们大概每年都来这里，已经持续了15年，但这里的服务质量却每况愈下。
